Delivery & Refund Policy

Digital delivery

Delivery may include preview links, a deployed website, a GitHub repository, configured client accounts, documentation, and a handover session or written guidance, as agreed for the project. We do not ship physical goods as part of these services.

Timelines and review

We agree a delivery plan after reviewing your requirements. Timelines depend on the scope, content readiness, required access, feedback, and third-party integrations. If dependencies affect delivery, the revised plan should be confirmed in writing.

Review each milestone against the agreed scope and report missing or incorrect work with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Acceptance steps and any included correction period are set out in the project agreement.

Cancellation and refund requests

To request cancellation or a refund, email [email protected] with your project reference, payment details or invoice reference, the reason for the request, and your preferred resolution. Do not send full card or bank credentials.

Requests are reviewed against the written agreement, work already delivered or completed, any authorised third-party costs, and applicable rights. This page does not set a blanket non-refundable deposit or an automatic refund percentage.

Any approved refund amount, payment method, and expected processing timeline will be confirmed in writing. There is no fixed processing period stated here for every project or payment provider.

Incomplete or disputed delivery

If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us with the relevant milestone and supporting details. The next step may be a correction, revised delivery arrangement, or a refund where appropriate under the agreement and applicable law.

Third-party purchases

Domains, subscriptions, paid templates, and other purchases made directly from third parties follow those providers’ delivery and refund policies. Envato purchases reached through Cholbei Resources are completed with the marketplace; Cholbei does not issue marketplace refunds.

Check the provider’s current terms before purchasing. Where Cholbei purchases an item on your behalf, its treatment should be recorded in the project agreement.
