Clear expectations, from quote to handover.
These terms describe use of cholbei.com and the general basis of Cholbei’s website development services. Project-specific commitments are recorded in the written quote or agreement.
Scope and agreement
Website packs describe possible service starting points. The agreed quote or project agreement defines the actual deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revisions, milestones, and support. A website enquiry alone does not confirm a booking or a delivery date.
Where a project agreement sets a specific commercial term, that agreed term applies to the project, subject to applicable law.
Client responsibilities and changes
Clients provide accurate requirements, content they have permission to use, timely feedback, and the account access needed for delivery. Delays in content, approvals, or access can affect the schedule.
Additional pages, features, integrations, or revisions outside the agreed scope require an agreed change to price or timeline before that work proceeds.
Ownership and third-party licences
Projects are designed for independent client ownership. Handover includes the agreed source code, account access, data, and documentation in accordance with the project agreement and its payment terms.
Third-party software, fonts, images, templates, and services remain subject to their respective licences and terms. Client ownership does not transfer rights that belong to those providers. Free Cholbei templates are governed by the licence supplied with each template.
Accounts, costs, and maintenance
Domain, hosting, email, marketplace purchases, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in the quote. Clients remain responsible for their own accounts and ongoing provider charges.
Maintenance and future development are optional and separately scoped. Any included post-launch support period or correction process must be stated in the project agreement.
Website use and Resources
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit material you have no right to share.
Resources rankings use marketplace data and can change. They are not a guarantee of suitability, compatibility, availability, or future performance. Check the seller’s current listing and licence before purchasing. Affiliate links may earn Cholbei a commission at no additional cost to you.

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Changes to these website terms do not by themselves amend an existing agreed project scope.
